Complaints should identify the article or material concerned, the precise passage or conduct challenged, why it is said to be inaccurate or unfair, and any supporting evidence.

Scope

Disagreement with a conclusion is not by itself evidence of inaccuracy. We nevertheless review complaints that identify a factual, evidential, privacy, fairness or methodological concern.
